Return & Refund Policy

How we will work together in resolving your problem:

  • Step 1 –Raise a return/ replacement request within 5 days from the date of delivery, if you’ve received wrong or expired product(s).
  • Please raise a request with clear photos of the packaging and product at the below email id with order and contact details -
  • In case of damaged/ missing product(s), raise a return/ replacement request within 2 days from the date of delivery.
  • Step 2 – Give us 2 working days to review your return request.
  • Step 3 – After reviewing your return request, we will send our courier partner to pick up the products delivered to you.
  • Step 4 – In case our reverse pick up service is not available at your location, you will need to self-ship the product via any reliable courier partner.
  • Step 5 – After your product(s) is received, we will verify it against the claim and initiate the replacement or refund accordingly.

Under what conditions can I return/ replace my product?

Returns/Refund will be accepted under the following conditions:

  • Wrong product delivered
  • Expired product delivered
  • Damaged product delivered – Physical damage/ tampered product or packaging
  • Incomplete order – missing product 

Returns will not be accepted under the following conditions:

  • Product is damaged due to misuse/overuse
  • Returned without original packaging including, price tags, labels, original packing, freebies and other accessories or if original packaging is damaged
  • Serial Number is tampered with
  • Product is used or altered
  • If request is initiated after 5 days of order delivery
  • Free product provided by brand

How are returns processed?

Once you request to return a product, a pick up is organized for the item. Our courier partners will come to pick up the item within 5-7 business days after your return request has been received. This item is then brought back to our warehouse where it is checked by our quality control team. Once the product passes the quality control, refund/return is initiated. The final decision is of our quality control team if the product will be eligible for return/refund based on the points mentioned above. B L Aesthetics Pvt. Ltd. reserves the exclusive right to decline returns if there is any suspicion of fraudulent or abusive activity. Please be advised that returns will only be accepted with prior authorization through email, which should be requested from Unauthorized returns will not be processed. 


In the event that the product received is incorrect or has expired, a replacement/exchange will be initiated promptly, and the correct product will be dispatched to you within 5 business days upon receipt of the erroneous/expired product. You will receive an email notification containing the docket number for tracking purposes. 

Can I cancel my order?

Your order can be canceled if it is yet to be shipped. To cancel, please mail at

In case of online payment orders the order will be canceled and the refund amount shall be processed by us within 10 business days after the cancellation request has been acknowledged.

Orders once shipped cannot be canceled through email. If you want to cancel an order that has been shipped kindly do not accept the order.In case of online orders the refund amount shall be processed by us within 10 business days once we have received the product back to our warehouse.
**B L Aesthetics Pvt. Ltd. reserves the right to cancel any order without pre-confirming the customer at any time and may verify any order before shipping the same to the customer that may include having a verbal or written confirmation from the customer.
Note - Orders can be only canceled till the status is “Ready to Ship”.

How will I receive the refund for my canceled or returned product?

In case of pre paid orders the refund amount shall be processed by us within 10 business days once we have received the product back to our warehouse.For Cash on Delivery orders customers will be required to provide bank details where they would like to receive the refund.

How long does it take to receive a refund for a canceled order or returned product?


For payments done through credit/debit cards or net banking: If you made an online payment, we will refund the amount back in the original source (debit/credit card, bank, wallet, etc) within 10 working days of receiving the product back from you.

For cash on delivery transactions- After you have provided your Bank details, we will refund the amount to your bank account within 10 working days of receiving the product back from you.

Can I return part of my order

Yes. You can return any products that are eligible for returns within 2-5 days of delivery depending on the reason for return.
